Oakley Vale News Update - Thursday January 26th
In January our Year 2 children took part in a days activities all about the Great Fire of London. All the children and adults looked fantastic in their outfits and really got into the spirit of the day and great fun was had by all. The children were able to take part in activities like making posies, weaving and making ink with which they wrote their name using a quill. In the afternoon the children took part in an archeological dig to find buried artifacts that were left from the Great Fire, but the children really came to life when they held a court to decide who started the Great Fire!!!!!!!

We are currently in Term 3. School Closes on Friday February 10th and reopens for the start of term 4 on Monday February 20th. If you need more information please check our school calendar.
